BEER

  • I live outside of your distribution radius. Can you ship me your beer?
    We would love to send you some our brew direct from the facility, but Ohio state law prevents us from doing so. If you ever find yourself traveling though our distribution footprint, use our Beer Finder to track down GLBC brew near you.

 

  • Where can I get your beer in my state?
    Try our Beer Finder tool! You can search for any GLBC brew within a 100-mile radius of you! We recommend calling the location or distributor in advance to confirm that the listing is up to date before traveling.

 

  • Where can I share quality questions or concerns about your beverages?
    We’re sorry to hear you had a less-than-exceptional experience with our beer. We want you to experience each of our beers just as our brewers intended. If something doesn’t taste right to you, we’d like to hear about it so our quality control team can investigate. If you encounter an “off” flavor in our packaged beer, please save the remaining unopened bottles or cans and fill out the form here.

 

  • Something is wrong with the packaging and/or can/bottle!
    If you notice something wrong with your bottle or can, please do not throw it out, and fill out the form here.

 

  • Why don't you brew my favorite beer anymore?
    We get it, it's hard to say goodbye to your favorites. We like to keep things fresh around here and allow our brewers to flex their creative muscles, so we occasionally introduce new brands and rotate out others (trust us, it's nothing personal). Many of our legacy brands and fan favorites eventually find their way back to our taproom as pub exclusives, so we encourage you to follow us on social media, subscribe to our Much Abrew email newsletter, and check our On Tap listing regularly to keep up with the latest on tap.
     
  • I purchased expired beer from a retailer. What should I do?
    We are sorry you've come across expired beer in the market. While we understand how frustrating this can be, we are unable to issue refunds for products purchased from retailers. We recommend returning to the point of purchase and requesting a refund for the expired product.
     
  • I prefer cans/bottles. Why can't I find my preferred package?
    We now offer a variety of our beers in both bottles and cans. We understand that some folks may prefer one over the other, and are sorry that you were not able to find your preferred package. For brands that are available in both bottles and cans, specific markets and retailers may not choose to stock both options. We apologize for the inconvenience, and encourage you to let your local retailers know which packages you prefer, or call ahead to retailers who carry our beer to confirm package availability. Please note that several of our brands are only available in cans. Try using our Beer Finder to locate retailers in your area.

 

BREWPUB

  • I'd like to make a reservation at the brewpub.
    Reservations at the brewpub are available 60 days in advance. Online reservations are available for parties of up to 14 guests. For parties of larger than 14 guests please contact us directly at 216.771.4404 for menu options and availability. During the warmer months, patio seating is available, weather permitting, on a first come, first served basis for parties of up to 8 guests. Kindly alert us when making a reservation if you prefer patio seating and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that patio seating is never guaranteed. Click here to book your reservation.
     
  • I want to rent a room at GLBC for a private event.
    We love hosting groups! We have a number of rooms that can accommodate varying group sizes and events. Detailed information on our spaces is available here. If you are interested in holding a private event or reserving a space at our facilities, please contact our Events Coordinator at 216.645.5456 or email [email protected].
     
  • Does your menu accommodate dietary restrictions?
    Our seasonally rotating brewpub menu features a wide variety of Midwest-inspired comfort food, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free items with substitution options for select items. All of our menus include a key showing which items align with specific dietary needs. You can view our full menu online and in-person, and ask your server for more details. View our menu here.


TOURS & EVENTS

  • Do you offer brewery tours?
    Public Brewery Tours are available on Fridays Saturdays, and Sundays. Brewery Tours are $15 per person and include an hour-long journey through GLBC history, philosophy, and brewing process, with four 5-ounce samples along the way! Tour guests also receive a tour exclusive nonic pint glass to take home. Online registration is preferred. Remember to choose your date and time carefully! Payment is non-refundable and event date is non-transferable. Begin booking here.
     
  • Do you offer private brewery tours?
    We do! Private brewery tours outside of public brewery tour hours are offered to better accommodate large groups and varying schedules and are available Monday through Thursday. Private tours start at a cost of $150 for groups of up to 10 guests, and $10 for each additional guest. Each guest receives four 5-ounce beer samples. Private tours can be booked through our tour department by calling 216.325.7846 or emailing [email protected] and must be scheduled four weeks in advance.
     
  • Something came up. Can I change/refund my tour?
    Due to our brewery schedule and logistics, payment for tours is non-refundable and the event date is non-transferable, so make sure you pick your date and time carefully!
     
  • When is the next brewery event?

  • Can I buy a gift card for Brewery Tours, Brewmaster’s Dinners, or other events?
    Gift Cards are available for public brewery tours here. At this time, gift cards are not available for Brewmaster's Dinners or other events. To purchase a gift card for our gift shop or brewpub, please visit us at https://store.greatlakesbrewing.com/egift-card.

 

GIFT SHOP AND MERCH

  • I’m decorating my home bar. Do you have any cool merch sitting around? Can I have some free swag?
    We’re honored that you want to adorn your bar/cave/dorm/in-law suite with GLBC goods! Visit our brewpub gift shop or check out our online store where we have a great selection of GLBC gear! Start shopping here.
     
  • I would like to exchange an item I purchased online.
    We’re sorry to hear it didn’t work out. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of purchase. Please read the rest of our return and exchange policy here, and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
     
  • I would like to exchange an item purchased in person at your gift shop.
    No problem! Purchases made in our on-site gift shop may be exchanged in person. Items must be returned in original, unworn/unused condition. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns and exchanges for items purchased online cannot be accepted in the GLBC onsite gift shop in Cleveland or vice versa. MISC.

  • I’m working on a research project. Can I interview someone from GLBC?
    We love that you want to include us in your educational pursuits, but please don’t take it personally if we respectfully decline. We’re flattered by the number of requests we get to assist with research and projects, but with so many requests, we are unable to assist everyone. Since we don't want to pick and choose whom we help, we’ve decided to politely decline all such requests. Thanks for understanding and good luck on your research!
     
  • Where can I park?
    Unfortunately, we do not have a designated parking lot. There is a private lot adjacent to our brewpub on W. 26th and there are a number of metered and non-metered street parking spots available, including at the West Side Market. You can find some more parking/transportation suggestions here.
     
  • I heard you have a shuttle that goes to Guardians and Cavs games. Tell me more!
    We currently do not offer shuttle service from our brewpub.
