- 6 oz. Christmas Ale
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Steak, any cut and weight
Using a fork, poke holes over surface of both sides of steaks. Place steaks in a large baking dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper onto steak. Pour Christmas Ale marinade over steak. Let sit for 7-10 minutes.
Flip steak over. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto other side of steak. Spoon Christmas Ale marinade over exposed side of steak. Let sit for 7-10 minutes.
Remove steaks from marinade. Pour remaining marinade into a sauce pan. Heat to a soft boil, then lower heat. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Place steaks on grill and cook to desired doneness. During last few minutes of grilling, baste steak with cooked marinade to enhance flavor.
