An informal adjective for being unpredictable and changeable, Choppy-Changey is the perfect example of Pub Brewer Steve having fun in the brewhouse. Brewed for the purpose of experimenting with different hop combinations, our newest Double New England IPA prefers to keep things a little open-ended. Orange, pineapple, and tropical fruit flavors and aromas drench the palate thanks to an exuberant amount of Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial hops. Will Steve use the same combination the next time he brews Choppy-Changey? Maybe, but just as the name implies, it might be best to not get too attached.
