Imagine a Cleveland with 30 breweries within its city limits. That was the case 100 years ago. While the stables of the city’s former largest brewery, the Leonard Schlather Brewing Company, now houses our production brewery, the Gehring Brewery also once sat just a few blocks away near Abbey Avenue. The street now links our own Ohio City neighborhood to historic Tremont, and the beer links Cleveland history to a dark, malty Belgian Dubbel.
