Brewing can be a complex process, but there's beauty in keeping things simple. That's why we've always loved a well-made SMASH beer. An abbreviation of "Single Malt and Single Hop," SMASH beers allow the flavors of one hop and one malt show their depth in an uncomplicated (but delicious) way. In this case, our brewers used Harrington 2-Row malt and Comet hops for a crisp session IPA with grapefruit aromas.
