While pairing beer and food has become popular, it’s still often forgotten that brewing itself is a culinary art. Every beer style today came from the risk-taking adventures into recipes unknown by our brewing predecessors. While modern technology simplifies the process, our Session Wheat IPA is a present-day journey into unexplored territory. We just hope our brewers stop asking us to call them Lewis and Clark sometime soon.
