With a few brew sessions under our belt, you could say some great expectations have been made for our annual collaboration with Cincinnati's Fifty West Brewing Company. Inspired by Charles Dickens's penultimate novel, we decided to brew one craft beers penultimate styles: the American Pale Ale. Brewed for their annual Great Ohio Brew N' Que event, Pip's Pale Ale is a dry, sessionable American Pale Ale with an aromatic blend of Pacific Northwest and Great Lakes hops.
