When heaps of ice and snow line Ohio City's sidewalks, the community cats seek shelter under porches, and even the sun seems kind of "over it", it can be hard to appreciate the magic of a lakefront winter. Thankfully, the GLBC Marketing department knows there's a perfect saison for every season, no matter how unpleasant the forecast. For their turn on our brewery's 2-barrel pilot system, the crew took inspiration from gin botanicals. Endless Winter Saison is brewed with juniper berries, lemon peel, grains of paradise, and a touch of French oak. Effervescent and refreshing with hints of citrus, bubblegum, and pine on the nose and a dry, spicy finish, Endless Winter Saison is the perfect beer to hold up and toast when you want to be holed up and toasty.
